We may delay a task or project because we’re feeling overwhelmed by the size of it or we don’t know where to start. We start by brainstorming the steps. Chunking is taking a big [or overwhelming] job and breaking it down into smaller components. This is a fantastic way to help with scheduling because you can break a large job down into smaller parts. This video contains an example so that you can chunk your way to more efficient time management.
