Time Management – Delegating

Delegating is a fantastic time management tool with incredible benefits both for you and the person you are delegating the task to. Don’t confuse delegating jobs with telling people what to do. When delegating, you don’t “tell someone to do stuff.” You give them responsibility and ownership of regular work; such as, ordering the stationery, collecting feedback from clients, updating clients with their job order.
