Do Something You Love – So many of us get bogged down in all the detail of daily life that we donʼt take the time to be creative or relax. When was the last time you did something that you really enjoyed. That refreshed, recharged, relaxed you? Last week? Last month? Last decade? Many of us spend way too much mental energy without sufficient recovery.
